Stan-Max (tablets) is an underground/generic brand name (manufactured by Alpha-Pharma) for stanozolol, widely known globally by its original trade name Winstrol.

Stanozolol is a synthetic anabolic-androgenic steroid (AAS) derived from dihydrotestosterone (DHT). It is one of the most well-known steroids in athletic and bodybuilding history due to its ability to enhance performance and physical definition without causing water weight.

Description

Stan-Max is an oral formulation of stanozolol that has been modified (17$\alpha$-alkylated) to survive oral ingestion and liver breakdown.
