CJC-1295 with DAC (Drug Affinity Complex) is a synthetic 30-amino acid peptide analog of Growth Hormone-Releasing Hormone (GHRH). Unlike short-acting GHRH analogs (such as Mod GRF 1-29), the DAC affinity modification allows the peptide to covalently bind to serum albumin in the bloodstream. This dramatically extends its half-life from approximately 30 minutes to 6–8 days, enabling sustained elevation of growth hormone (GH) and insulin-like growth factor 1 (IGF-1) with infrequent administration.
Key Benefits & Target Applications
-
Fat Loss & Recomposition: Accelerates lipolysis by releasing fatty acids from adipose tissue.
-
Lean Muscle Maintenance: Supports protein synthesis and nitrogen retention via sustained IGF-1 elevation.
-
Enhanced Recovery & Repair: Accelerates tissue, collagen, joint, and muscle fiber repair post-workout or injury.
-
Improved Deep Sleep: Enhances slow-wave (REM/deep) sleep quality, critical for systemic recovery.
-
Convenient Dosing: The extended half-life allows for once- or twice-weekly protocols compared to multiple daily injections needed for non-DAC peptides.
